Curriculum Breakdown
The program is structured around the core Process iNexus STEM "Research" framework and is delivered across five sequential modules.

Duration: 8-Week Intensive Program
Weeks 1-2: Foundations of User-Centric Research

Core Focus: Mastering the primary stages of the innovation cycle: Understand (Empathize) and Observe.

Key Activities: Engaging in deep-dive user research and completing the Design Thinking Mindset Survey.

Evaluation: Formalized feedback through Internal Assessment 1.

Outcome: Developing a precise Define POV (Point of View) statement.
Weeks 3-4: Structured Ideation & Concept Validation

Core Focus: Moving from problem definition to creative solution generation through Ideation.

Key Activities: Utilizing the Venture Idea Generation Helper to validate the commercial viability of concepts.

Collaboration: Sharing insights and brainstorming on the Design Thinking Interaction - Mind Wall.

Outcome: A validated concept sketch ready for physical or digital modeling.
Weeks 5-6: Prototyping & Iterative Testing

Core Focus: Building tangible versions of ideas via the Prototype phase and conducting rigorous Testing.

Key Activities: Applying the Peer Evaluation Form to gather constructive feedback and completing Internal Assessment 2.

Outcome: A functional prototype refined through user-driven data.
Week 7: Project Finalization & Entrepreneurial Toolkits

Core Focus: Synthesizing the learning journey through structured Reflection.

Key Activities: Implementing The Innovation Toolkit for Entrepreneurs and submitting the formal Design Thinking Innovation Form.

Outcome: A comprehensive Design Innovation Portfolio.
Week 8: Review, Final Examination & Certification

Core Focus: Demonstrating mastery of the iNexus STEM Research workflow.

Key Activities: Presenting final Projects, completing the Innovation Potential Assessment, and sitting for the Model Exam.

Final Outcome: Awarding of the Official Certificate and guidance on Internships at iNexus STEM Services or joining the ATL Mentor of Change program.
