Research & Projects

Our research is focused on developing a highly efficient, modular, and intelligent gantry system for solar panel installation, powered by Artificial Intelligence. Our key areas of experimentation and innovation include:

AI-Powered Vision Systems: We use an AI-powered vision system to achieve precise, autonomous panel placement, which reduces errors and increases installation speed.
Gantry System Modularity: We are developing a modular gantry design that can be easily scaled from small (1 MW) to large (1 GW) solar farm projects without compromising performance or increasing setup time.
Advanced Gantry Movement & Control: Through advanced control algorithms, we are working to reduce the time it takes for the gantry to move and set up between panel installations, thereby increasing overall productivity.
Digital Twin of Solar Farms: We can create a digital twin of a solar farm to allow for pre-deployment simulation and optimization of the installation process, leading to greater efficiency on the ground.
Robotics Integration: We are integrating advanced robotics, such as robotic arms with proximity sensors, to automate panel orientation and staging, as well as vertical stacking for efficient logistics.
Redundancy and Reliability: We are designing a vacuum gripper system with redundant suction cups and pressure sensors to prevent panel drops and breakage in the event of a single gripper failure.

Install as a Service (IaaS): We offer our Gantry System as a service for a fixed price per installed megawatt (MW). This model is ideal for solar farm developers as it eliminates the need for a large upfront capital expenditure on equipment.
Tiered Service Packages: We provide three distinct service tiers to capture a wide range of customers:
- Tier 1 (Installation Only): Basic service for automated solar panel installation.
- Tier 2 (Installation + Annual Cleaning): Includes automated installation plus annual cleaning and maintenance of the installed panels.
- Tier 3 (Full Lifecycle Management): A comprehensive package that includes installation, annual cleaning, ongoing maintenance, and remote monitoring of the solar farm's performance.
